For the reservation it is necessary a confirmation email from you and a deposit equal to 20 percent of the amount to the coordinates that we communicate in our booking confirmation email. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel regulation provides for the transformation of the entire amount of the deposit into a future holiday voucher (Voucher) with no expiry date. In case of later cancellation, regardless of the reason, the loss of the deposit is expected.
